Job Description:



AR management and Revenue accounting. Details are as below:



1. AR and Revenue related entries booking

2. AR reconciliation

3. AR aging reports, Revenue reports and other managerial reports relating to AR and Revenue

4. Assisting in determining how revenue should be recognized for new business/cases

5. Work closely and actively with sales (sometimes with customers directly) to ensure collection of AR

6. Customer credit analysis

7. Tax work relating to AR and Revenue, such as issuing Fapiao, calculating BT and bookkeeping





Requirement

Strong communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or relevant fields
3+ years relevant experience. Experience in accounts receivable and tax functions is preferred.
Good computer skills in EXCEL and other PC applications.
Recognized accounting qualification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA or CGA; Certificate of Accounting Qualification (会计从业资格证书) is a plus
Experience in ERP system such as Oracle, SAP, Kingdee, MS dynamics is a plus.
Fluent English
Ability to work under pressure and meet timeline.
